The Deluxe Walnut Rail - Traditional Octagon Crokinole Board Game Set

I bought this board for a friend who has dreamed of owning one from Crokinole Canada for years but never got around to buying it himself (we’re in Sweden, so with import taxes and everything it really adds up). I got in contact with the owner, who was absolutely wonderful. Ted helped me find the perfect board for my friend and arranged the shipping option that would give us the lowest import fees.

We have an old “crokinole” board that we play all the time and decided to get another one for use at home. This deluxe board is really great quality and I would highly recommend this specific board over anything else in the market. The deluxe board has a few extras in the design that make it the best board in my opinion. After talking with the owner as well I actually upgraded to this and they accommodated me before shipping to pay the difference after learning more on all the differences. Very nice owners of the business and Canadian made local product is something I always try to support. I would highly recommend purchasing from them knowing they stand behind their products too. Purchased a board with minor blemish that does not affect play--barely noticeable split in the gutter. 100% worth the small savings. This game is an instant classic and all who have played have loved it. Will be getting boards for family members as Christmas Gifts! Highly recommend. Excellent build quality.

This was my son's only wish for Christmas 🎄! He rarely asks for anything, but really wanted this! It was a real hit!! He immediately opened it, set it up on the dinning room table! Played it all Christmas eve! Everyone wanted to play!! Made of quality wood. Arrived quickly ! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality purchase!

I'm happy with the board, the only issue was there was another fault with the board in addition to the one described, but the company addressed this immediately to my satisfaction, good people.

I didn't mind getting a second because I plan on playing with my son on the board and sometimes kids can be rough on things. The crack is hardly noticable where it is at and doesn't effect the the game play at all. When my kids get a little older I plan on ordering another.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of this board - the perfect pick for my first board since childhood. Crokinole was a family staple in the 60's and 70's for us Boomers. Even my wife - who had never played before has eagerly embraced our afternoon coffe and crokinole dates at the kitchen table.

This has already been hours and hours of fun for our extended family. Easy to learn. Adaptable for abilities. Brings the generations together. We are not likely to keep any game in pristine condition so happy to get this board for less. Seems like a great, family owned business.

I'd heard about the game on Reddit and wanted to give it a try. The pricing for boards was a bit steep for someone wishing to try it out, Crokinole Seconds was the perfect solution. It's my first board and it has a small defect that doesn't affect game play. My six year old loves it, looks like I'll be back for more discs as we're a family of five.
