The Royal Red is an NCA tournament specification board. It has the most consistently smooth surface of all of our boards. The lines are UV printed and cannot be felt at all, they are completely under the finish. This board also has bouncy latex-covered posts and a lighter red stained ditch. There are also 3 stabilizing feet on the bottom of the board. It comes with everything you need to play including the rules.

  • 26" playing surface with a 1/2" tall premium maple playing surface
  • 30 1/4" total width
  • 1 7/8" wide finished gutter, painted burgundy
  • 1 5/8" high, 1/4" thick sturdy circular frame
  • Comes with 26 large black and natural colored playing pieces and a pouch. Large discs are 1 1/4'' diameter (3.2cm)
  • Points on the front

  • Comes with scoring cards within the rules

Playing Pieces Color Options:

  • Black, Natural, Red, Green, Blue, White, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink, Light Blue, Lime Green, and Walnut Stain

  • 100 grams of Crokinole board powder for faster play (put a small amount in the ditch and rub the disc on it before shooting or sprinkle a small amount on the playing surface)

    Care Instructions

    To clean use warm, soapy water on a cloth. Dry immediately thereafter.

    To speed up the board, use Mother's California Gold Step 3 Wax and apply the same way you would when waxing a car.

    Another great purchase from Crokinole Canada

    This is the second board I have purchased from Crokinole Canada. I've also purchased many of the accessories available. Every transaction, with Crokinole Canada has been exemplary. They stand behind their products and provide top notch service. They're an excellent company to do business with. The quality of the board, I just purchased, is excellent. It arrived in very good time and in excellent condition due to the well thought out packaging. This board, in particular, is a fantastic deal. The only difference between this board and my other tournament board is the colour of the ditch. In my opinion the "off coloured" ditch is actually pretty nice. The rest of the board is super nice. For the price it would be difficult to find a better board at a better price. I can't recommend this company, their service and products more highly.

    Second board purchased from Crokinole.ca

    We ordered the royal red that was stained lighter than their standard. We still thinks it a beautiful board and we happy to take the discount. Board plays fast (but needed some buffing to get an even surface finish that was visibly rough in the 10's circle). Shipping was again super fast and well protected. If you want a tournament quality of play and from a company passionate about the game, you are wasting time to shop around.

    All of the crokinole boards on Crokinole Seconds are brand new boards with natural wood blemishes or slight asthetic defects from the manufacturing process.

    The crokinole boards play normally but may have a small crack here or a blemish mark there. Or have something entirely unusual about them.

    Wood is naturally imperfect and no one crokinole board is perfect!
